1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Bridani, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Bridani for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modifying or copying the materials
• Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Bridani
• Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any server
• Using the materials for any illegal purpose or violating applicable laws or regulations
• Violating intellectual property rights of third parties

3. Disclaimer

The materials on Bridani are provided on an 'as is' basis. Bridani makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Bridani or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Bridani, even if Bridani or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Bridani could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Bridani does not warrant that any of the materials on Bridani are accurate, complete, or current. Bridani may make changes to the materials contained on the website at any time without notice.

6. Materials and Content Ownership

The materials on Bridani are owned or controlled by Bridani. Unauthorized use of any materials may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. You retain all rights to content you create and upload to Bridani. By uploading content, you grant Bridani a license to use, store, and display that content for the purpose of providing our services.

7. Limitations of Liability

In no case shall Bridani, its suppliers, or other related parties be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages) arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of or inability to use the website, even if Bridani has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. User Account Responsibilities

If you create an account on Bridani, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breaches of security.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive content
• Engage in harassment, abuse, or threats toward other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system or data
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Spam or engage in unsolicited communications
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

10. Payment and Subscriptions

Bridani offers subscription plans with varying features and pricing. By subscribing, you agree to pay all fees according to the pricing plan you select. Billing occurs automatically on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

11. Founder Lifetime Access and AI Fair Use

Founder is a one-time purchase. It grants permanent access to every current and future Bridani feature, with no subscription and no renewal. We mean that literally, and it does not expire.

That promise is about features. It is not a promise of unlimited AI usage, and we would rather say so here than surprise you with it later. AI usage on Founder is subject to a generous daily fair-use allowance — the same allowance Elite receives. It exists because an unbounded AI bill is how a small company quietly dies, and we intend for Bridani to still be here in ten years, holding your career record.

The current daily allowance for Founder, which resets every day at midnight UTC:

• Job fit analyses: 60 per day
• Assistant conversations: 400 per day
• Résumé chatbot replies: 500 per day
• Résumé imports: 12 per day
• Community AI replies: 25 per day

These numbers are set so that nobody using Bridani normally will ever meet them. A heavy day of job hunting is ten to fifteen applications; the allowance above is several times that. They are a backstop against automated abuse, not a budget you are expected to ration.

This is a floor, not a ceiling we intend to tighten. If these allowances ever change for someone who already holds Founder, they will only go up. Notwithstanding Section 17 (Modifications to Terms), we will not reduce the AI fair-use allowance of an existing Founder.

12. Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your content until the end of your billing period. After cancellation, your access will be removed.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

Bridani and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Bridani, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

Bridani may contain links to third-party websites and services that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites. Your use of third-party websites is subject to their terms and conditions.

15. Data Backups

While we implement measures to protect your data, we recommend regularly backing up your content. Bridani is not responsible for loss of data due to technical failures, deletion, or other unforeseen circumstances.

16. Termination

Bridani may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at any time, in its sole discretion, for violations of these Terms of Service or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

17. Modifications to Terms

Bridani may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

18. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

19. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms of Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, or through court proceedings, at our election.
